All Plastic Lotion Pump 

GOP’s All Plastic Lotion Pump has a lock up feature for transportation security and is made completely from plastic. The swirling design of the plastic bellow replaces the metal spring and ensures the user to press the actuator and promises a smooth and effortless operation. The pump is available in neck sizes 24/410 and 28/410 with the option of two actuator head designs, teardrop or saddle and a large dosage of 2.5-3ml , making it suitable for high viscosity liquids. It is available in standard colours; white, translucent and black and is available in both matte and gloss options. Custom colours can be colour matched to specifically match your brand.

Bordo Jar and Lid

Our 50ml Bordo Jar and Lid is made from 100% recyclable mono plastic material. It has a maximised sustainability and provides environmentally friendly packaging for your brand, creating minimum waste. it is strong and stackable with a smart stackable feature on the lid and a base perfect for retail shelves. GOP’s Bordo jar has a 50ml volume and a 70ml brimful and the jar and lid sold together as a pack. . It has a classic design for customer appeal and the flat sides and bottom allows labels to be applied for on-shelf retailer marketing.  Our subsidiary company Film & Foil Solutions Ltd can handle your label requirements. The bore seal lid gives extra strength and security against leakage in transportation and the Bordo Jar and Lid packs are manufactured in the UK. We are future thinking, developing products that are made from mono plastic material, are 100% recyclable with maximised sustainability. The standard colours of this jar are white, black and translucent and custom colours can be specifically colour matched to your brand, available in matte or gloss.

PJ Trigger Sprayer

GOP’s PJ Series Trigger Spray is all plastic in construction with a single polymer (polypropylene) representing over 90% of the material. The trigger is available with 30% PCR (by weight) and is recyclable. It has a high 1.3ml dosage to reduce the number of times the user has to pull the handle to cover a cleaning surface. It’s ergonomic shroud design allows larger bottles to be held easily for dispensing liquids and it is available with spray / stream combination nozzle and plastic mesh foamer option. With a rigid polypropylene dip tube to allow semi or fully automated assembly onto a bottle, and flat top and side shroud design to allow easy transfer down a semi or fully automated filling line. The flat sided shroud also allows labels to be applied for on-shelf retailer marketing, our subsidiary company Film & Foil Solutions Ltd can handle your label requirements. The robust design allows the trigger spray to be re-used and reduces packaging waste, this has been tested to 10,000 dispenses representing +25 times re-used on a 500ml bottle. The PJ Series Trigger Spray is available in translucent and white.
